Service Description

Refined Garden Globe provides professional gardening services including but not limited to garden design, landscaping, maintenance, tree care, and irrigation system installation and maintenance.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Service Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of 30 days from completion. Plant materials are warranted for 90 days under normal weather conditions and proper care. Warranty does not cover damage from extreme weather, pests, or improper maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Client is responsible for marking underground utilities and providing access to work areas.

Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee. Ongoing maintenance contracts require 30 days written notice for cancellation.
